Decided part of my easy Saturday after my migraine issues included a stop at the Downtown Silver Spring Farmer’s Market and Whole Foods. I ran into the owner of 8407 Kitchen at their demo area and the new(ish) Executive Chef as he was being interviewed wandering around the market.

I am super excited for my Maryland Crab Soup. I think I will hold off on Lonzino and Chevre until tomorrow.
