Sometimes you just need a really good Pinot. I opened this with a friend who would appreciate it. Classic example of an Oregon Pinot Noir. It took a little bit of time to open up. It started off tight with limited fruit and earthy notes. As we let it breathe, it came to life with more pronounced dark fruit notes and silky texture.
